This update fixes an issue preventing SMS alerts to acquire a GPS location. In addition, the lock screen widget is now hiding properly when the camera, Google now or the default alarm clock is used. A reboot might be required for changes to apply.
Once the update is done, please check that the "Medical ID" accessibility service is running and that you gave permission to the app to get your location. This last permission is a requirement for the SMS alert to include geolocation data.
