Bug Fixes
* Decimal keyboard is back for weights
* Sometimes changing workset weight would show "workset weight can't be less than warmup weight"
* Training Log - edit any date, the keyboard would not disappear so you could not save the update
* Todays Training -> Change exercise (eg from Bench to Press) is now back in the settings.
* Oversized book font on some devices has been fixed
