Fix: Video/Audio not pausing on wired headset disconnect when media button is disabled.
Fix: No longer ducks audio for notifications. Pause only. Will be configurable in future release.
Fix: Video playback failing for certain episodes.
Fix: Constant pausing due to bluetooth device discovery or connect/disconnect from non-output devices.
Fix: Pause notification disappearing when MediaPlaybackService is destroyed.
Fix: Controls in notification tray disappear.
